To increase vehicle fuel efficiency many engines now incorporate a turbo system which requires exhaust gases to be re-circulated into the system. Two ducts are used to transfer the hot exhaust gas into and out of the turbo.
The environment in which these tubes work can be most extreme, transferring hot exhaust gases in what is already an oven like engine compartment. To compound matters further with engine movement caused by accelerating or braking the whole assembly has to withstand considerable movement stressing materials and fixings.
Tubular steel assemblies designed and built by Liberty Tube Components have proven to be ideal for this application with full, ready to fit, assemblies being supplied complete with hoses, flanges and resonators.
